Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Boss Babe Beauty is not responsible for:
• Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Packages returned to sender due to address errors
• Reshipping fees (these are the customer’s responsibility)
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Boss Babe Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
We recommend contacting your local post office to file a claim or check with neighbors in case it was misdelivered.
